Where do we ship?

We ship across the United States and Canada (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, and Northwest Territories).

Do we ship to PO Boxes?

We currently do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a full street address to avoid any delays with your order.

Shipping Costs

  • Mini Bag: $30 CAD
  • Collapsible Bag: $40 CAD
  • Medium & Large Bags: $40 CAD
  • Single Accessories: $20 CAD
  • Medium & Large Accessory Box: $25 CAD
  • Combo (Mini + Medium/Large Bags): $90 CAD

Shipping costs are flat rate and may vary based on order size. Please note the shipping rate for dance bags is per bag.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Canada: Orders processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery typically 1–8 business days (ships from Mississauga, ON).
  • USA: Orders processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery typically 1–8 business days (ships from Depew, NY).

Processing may take longer during our peak season.

Order Tracking & Status

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order through your account online.

Once your package has shipped, delivery timing is managed by the carrier and is no longer within our control. We’re happy to assist if you experience any issues, but delays in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider.

Modifying or Canceling Orders

Orders are processed immediately; changes may not be possible once confirmed. Contact team@racnroll.com immediately if you need to modify an order and we will do our best to accommodate this.

Delayed, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments

  • Delays: Contact your carrier first—they may need instructions. Rac n Roll is not responsible for carrier up-charges or delays from the shipping carrier.
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: File a claim with the carrier, then contact us with your claim number for next steps.
  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for orders sent to the wrong address; additional shipping fees may apply.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotion Guideline

Promotional offers are valid for a limited time only and while supplies last. Promotions, discounts, and offers cannot be applied to previous purchases, including orders placed before the promotion start date. No price adjustments, credits, or refunds will be issued for prior orders. Gift With Purchase (GWP) offers must be added and redeemed at the time of the promotional offer and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Offers may not be combined with any other promotions unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time without prior notice.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

No. Our system only allows one discount code per order. Discount codes cannot be combined or stacked.

Can I apply a discount code to a previous order?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied to past purchases. All codes must be used at the time of checkout.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Double-check that your code is:

  • Spelled correctly
  • Not expired
  • Being used on eligible items
  • Only one code is entered at checkout

Do discount codes apply to sale items?

Discount codes typically apply to full-priced items unless otherwise stated. Be sure to check the details of your specific promotion.

Gift With Purchase (GWP) offers

If you return any items that no longer qualify for a Gift With Purchase (GWP), the GWP must also be returned. If it isn’t, its value will be charged or deducted from your refund.

Presale Terms and Conditions

How do I know if an item is a presale?

If an item is available for presale there will be a tag on the item photo that says "PRESALE".

If there is no tag on the item, this means the product is in stock.

You will also receive an email after the purchase confirming your presale details.

What is there are in stock items on the same order?

All items in your order will ship together once the preorder is fully fulfilled. No partial shipments will be made.

If you are wanting the in stock product sooner we recommend placing a separate order for these items. Please note the shipping cannot be waived if you choose to place separate orders.

Delivery Timeline

Preorders are not guaranteed by a specific date; shipping timelines may vary due to production or supply chain delays. Therefore we cannot guarantee a specific date your presale will arrive.

I need my presale order by a specific date

All 'presale' items are clearly labelled with an estimated dispatch time frame. This gives you an estimated guide as to when we hope to ship your presale order. Please note this is an estimate ONLY and while we do our best to ensure these estimates are met, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Do I have to pay at the time of the purchase?

Yes, payment is processed at the time of checkout, not when your item ships.

How will I know if my presale order shipped?

Just like a normal purchase, you will receive an email notification as soon as your bag is ready to ship with your tracking number.

Rac n Roll is not responsible for any delays from the shipping carrier.

When the item is taken off presale, how fast will my order ship?

Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis. Please note if you have a presale order during our peak season we ask that you please allow our team 3-8 business days to fulfill your order.

What happens is you have a sale or promotion after my presale order is placed?

Preorders are not eligible for sales, discounts, future promotions, or price adjustments.

Personalization

What personalization services are available?

Currently we have our patches collection. This collection features individual letters and symbols, a modern twist to personalizing your product! Our letter patches are available from A-Z in various colours. Our symbols patches range from a heart, ballet slippers, star, rainbow, etc. You can view the different designs here.

How do I apply the patches?

Our individual patches have an adhesive backing on them. Simply remove the protective sticker on the back of the patch and stick onto the bag! The patches can also be removed and reapplied if needed. Which makes it easy to customize or personalize your bag with different patch designs.

For extra security you can also sew the patches onto the material.

Can I embroider my bag?

Our dance bags have a velcro patch on the front left pocket. It is a velcro patch that can be removed if needed. We do not offer custom embroidery however you can take the velcro patch to someone local and stick the patch back onto the bag. Please note the velcro patch is only available in the Medium or Large sizes. We do offer replacement patches under replacement parts on our website. If you are looking for a colour other than black please reach out to us at team@racnroll.comand we will confirm its availability.

Minorly Imperfect

What does "Minorly Imperfect" mean?

These items have either been samples, used for a photoshoot by our team, or were returned back to us. Please note these items have either been gently used by our team or were a return.

How will I know what the imperfection is?

We will typically provide this information in the description of the item on our website.

Does the Minorly Imperfect product come with a warranty?

Unfortunatly since this product is a finale sale, there is no warranty.

Can I return my Minorly Imperfect bag or accessory?

No, this product is a final sale.

I noticed an additional imperfection on my item that wasn’t noted in the listing

Please note that we will do our best to list the specific flaw; however, since each bag is one of a kind, there may be other small imperfections not noted. By purchasing the item you are accepting this as is.

Can I see a photo of the imperfection?

Please note we typically may not have a photo of the imperfection for each item. We will do our best to include this on the listing.
