Customer service was superb. The bag I ordered had a slight defect and I reached out to their customer. They responded immediately and were able to send over a replacement quickly just in time for my daughter's first competition.
The halo bag itself is amazing and the quality is excellent. The bag's versatility helped so much in a crowded changeroom and made it very easy to find and store my daughter's costumes and accessories.

My daughter got this bag for her birthday and is beyond thrilled. The wheels are nice and smooth the zipper is heavy duty and the outside vinyl os gorgeous. We can hardly wait for comp season to start!
This bag is everything! It makes prepping and packing for competition so much easier. It is roomy enough to fit all the costumes plus all the makeup and other “just in case” supplies. Gone are the days of dragging multiple bags and several loose costumes through the snow… enter the Rac N Roll!

The inside mesh bag inside the lid is tearing a bit at the seams after first use. The wheels are pretty small for such a big bag. Other than that, I love it!
